By making a booking with us, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions set out below. These apply to all tour arrangements made with Ask N Travel and form a legal contract between the client (“you”) and the Company.
When you confirm a booking with Ask N Travel, a binding agreement is formed between you and us. This agreement ensures that we will handle your travel arrangements professionally and ethically. All tour confirmations, modifications, and specific offers (such as discounts) are valid only if provided in writing. Verbal assurances or changes by any staff members will not be considered valid unless confirmed by the proprietor of Ask N Travel.
To confirm any tour or travel service, a minimum deposit must be paid as specified at the time of booking. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required depending on the nature of the travel arrangements. You are responsible for reviewing the complete details of the package and contacting us via phone or email (sales.askntravel@gmail.com) for any clarifications.
Once the deposit is made, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days unless an earlier deadline is communicated. For last-minute bookings or high-demand periods, full payment may be required upfront. If timely payment is not received, Ask N Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice.
If you need to make a change to your booking, please visit our office in person with your original payment receipts. Only minor amendments will be considered and only under specific circumstances (such as health emergencies or unavoidable travel delays). Repeated changes or non-essential modifications will not be entertained.
Cancellations must be communicated to us well in advance via email or phone. Cancellation charges will apply based on the stage of the booking and the policies of the service providers involved. In most cases, refunds will not be possible once bookings are confirmed.
